Customer Match

Audiences from your own data. Not from someone else’s cookies.

Eleven segments from purchases and carts, plus product segments matching your range — daily to Google Ads and Klaviyo. Marketing consent only, and gone by themselves after 30 days.

Checkout abandoners, winback, top customers, full-price buyers: lists no pixel can build, because they come from the order.

The segments

Eleven lists that come from the order.

Each segment is a question asked of your own data. The answer goes to Google as a Customer Match list and to Klaviyo as a list — same logic, same source.

Why this is different

The difference from a platform audience is the source.

Platform audiences come from what the pixel saw. These come from what actually happened: orders, refunds and carts on your server.

No platform cookie

Matching runs on the hashed email address, in the format Google and Klaviyo expect. No cookie, no pixel, no Safari problem.

No developer token needed

Lists go to Google through the Data Manager interface — the same one the conversions use. No extra quota, no application.

Built for GDPR

Only people with marketing consent. Memberships expire by themselves after 30 days; whoever deletes their account disappears without further action.

Common questions

Answered briefly.

How big does a list need to be for Google to use it?
Google requires 1,000 members before serving. That is why there is also a collective list of all checkout emails over 365 days — it reaches the threshold even for smaller shops.
Do people who declined end up in the lists?
No. Only people who consented to marketing processing. Consent is checked when each list is built, not just at capture.
Can I define my own segments?
Product segments, yes: by name or SKU, with inclusion and exclusion. Further rules we set up together.
